Our client converted from Dynamics GP to Dynamics BC, and had a very good add on in their GP environment to help with their workflow. The integrated GP solution (SalesPad) was used at the truck scale to capture the truck drivers signature.  

Dynamics BC does not have a signature pad to electronically sign orders, but our wonderful BC community does! Eric's blog highlighted a project by Villem Heinsalu where he embedded a signature pad. We were able to grab Villem's code out of Github and add it to our project. It worked Great!
